Neil Hodge

Hello my name is Neil Hodge, I was born in Richmond, VA. and served in the United States Navy onboard the USNS Spica and am a Gulf war veteran. My military service helped to instill the standards that have guided me throughout my civilian career and I bring those same standards and dedication as your Realtor. I am battle tested and ready to fight for you and your real estate needs. When you choose me as your Realtor, you will get my military sense of duty, honor and sound judgment. I am eager to share my experience with all my buying & selling clients. I feel buying or selling a home is first and foremost about people. At Small & Associates we utilize the latest technologies, marketing tools, statistics & research, but also I know a successful real estate transaction begins with people in ways that bring satisfaction and results in the culmination of a successful real estate transaction. The Navy has two mottos that I follow to this day… “Semper Fortis” – ever strong and “Non sibi sed patriate” – not for self, but for country. I will be strong for my clients and my clients will come first before myself. When not working with my real estate clients and serving their needs I enjoy the gym, movies, reading books and magazines with a slant to the real estate industry to better serve my clients and I most enjoy spending time with “my little pony” Perry my Great Dane. Having traveled extensively during my Naval career I now enjoy exploring my hometown of Richmond and the surrounding areas.
