Just shy of the century mark, the Museum District had 96 closings in the year 2018. Much like the Fan, most of the sales were in the $300-399K range with 37 properties closed. We expect this area of Richmond to be again be strong in 2019 as it is still one of the most desired of neighborhoods to live in. The top sale in the Museum District went to our very own Broker/Owner Chris Small with his listing at 3101 W. Franklin St. selling for $1,300,000.
