October in the Fan District is always a fun month, especially with the Halloween festivities and trick or treaters. We saw nine properties close over the month of October. There currently are sixteen properties for sale in the Fan with the majority being in the Million dollar range and higher (two of which are listed by our broker/owner Chris Small!). With seventeen properties under contract, November should see some great numbers continuously showing us that the Fan District is the place to be.
