The Museum District seemed to slow down a bit as far as what was active on the market with only six properties for sale and three homes under contract. However, it was a great month for closings as there were fourteen properties sold in July. The highest sale went to 3203 Kensington Ave. listed for $599,000 and closing for $610,000.
