October in the Museum District was slightly quieter than normal here in this fantastic neighborhood. Eight properties sold with four of those being in the price range of $300k to $399k. Only four homes are currently under contract to close which is showing us that it could be another quiet month in November. However, there are six properties currently active in our MLS with three of those being in the higher end market of $800k and above.
