With ten active properties on the market currently in the Museum District, we are starting to see more inventory which could help with the last quarter of the year. The problem is that we are seeing these properties sitting on the market longer. September was still a strong month as we have five homes under contract (including our own Chris Small’s listing at 3101 W Franklin) and there were six closings.
