During these uncertain times that COVID-19 has put upon our community, please know that all of us here at Small & Associates share the global goal of preventing the further spread of the virus, both in our community and the world as a whole.
We are diligently taking precautions and strictly adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We have asked our agents to work from home and to abide by social distancing rules, but at the same time we are striving to keep business moving as close to normal as possible while being diligent, safe and smart about our actions. Our office is currently open with limited staff. We ask that unless it is absolutely essential, that you not visit at this time. Please let us know what you need and we will make arrangements to accommodate. We have all the tools to work remotely and effectively conduct business with a minimum of contact. Over the years we have, as a group, been known for our adaptability and utilization of new tools. This crisis will be an opportunity for us to put that talent to good use to protect and serve our clients and agents.
Please call for private showings on our listings. Open houses will probably be curtailed for a while, but we will ask that our agents use every tool we have to make property viewings as safe and convenient as possible. We ask that you be open to new concepts like virtual tours, video, and FaceTime to “tour” properties. Please look virtually and then if there is interest, come for a personal, private tour.
We are confident that we will all get through this together and be moving forward positively soon.
