We started to see an uptick in listings at the end of December and into January which could make for a very hot Spring market so stay tuned!. The Days on market changed a bit from November as well, showing us that the buyers seem to be more ready to go as we close out the year. In the month of December there were fourteen closings, with seven properties currently under contract, and heading into 2020 there are twenty-two properties on the market.
