November in the Fan was a nice uptick in activity from the previous couple of months. We currently have thirteen properties active in our MLS ready to go for buyers, ten homes under contract, and surprisingly there were three listings that expired over the month of November. The statistic to look at though is that we had thirteen properties close during the month. The Fan, always a desirable place to want to live in Richmond continues to stay strong heading into 2020.
