New construction is here in The Fan!
Four new luxury homes by developer Reid Pierce, designed by architect David Johannas, on the 2400 blocks of Park and Kensington Avenues will be welcome new additions to this established, historic neighborhood. Renovations began earlier this year on the Colonial Revival Style main house as well as construction of three new modern-style homes. The result “is a hybrid of the original 1900 house and a very current design,” said Chris Small, real estate broker and president of Small & Associates, who is the listing agent for Kensington Park.
Pierce has subdivided the quarter acre lot and constructed three new, modern luxury homes, each with it’s own distinct differences and elevations. All four houses will have roof gardens and attached garages with EV charging stations for electric cars. The three new construction homes will have elevators. Sizes for the houses will range from 3,300 to 3,500 square feet and prices will start at $1.25 million.
“Kensington Park offers new construction with a very desirable package of offerings such as garages & elevators as well as high-quality finishes in an established neighborhood.” Small said. “The attention to detail is going to be off the charts”.
2409 and 2411 Park Ave. are now on the market listed for $1.35 mil and $1.25 mil respectively.
